To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.

If you subscribe to our paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

In no event shall Audit Node or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
